Do you guarantee your pest control service?

Yes. We stand behind our work. If pest activity continues after treatment, we'll return to re-inspect the property, re-treat if necessary, and adjust the plan based on what we find.

Do you provide documentation for health department inspections?

Yes. We provide service logs, treatment records, and recommendations that support local health department and audit requirements, especially for restaurants and other commercial properties.

Are your pest control treatments safe for pets and children?

Yes. All products are applied according to the label. For certain liquid or aerosol applications, we may recommend keeping people and pets out of treated areas for approximately 3-4 hours, or until the product has dried or dissipated.

Do I need to prep before service?

Usually minimal preparation is required. We may ask you to move items away from walls or clear areas under sinks so we can access baseboards, plumbing penetrations, and common entry points. Prep varies by pest type, and we'll let you know ahead of time if anything specific is needed.

Why am I seeing pests after treatment?

Some activity after service is normal. Certain products flush pests from hiding areas, while others work gradually. You should typically see a noticeable reduction in activity within a few days.
